I recently had a meeting with Adam Cochran of Talking Digital, Rick Castellini of Help Me Rick, Moxie Maven of Moxie Mafia and myself to discuss a future plan that we’re developing (more on this in a future post).
But one of the things that Adam taught me was the best (and only) use of the “I’m feeling lucky” button that Google provides on their search page.
For people that still use the Google search engine as their address bar, it’s a great way to (virtually) guarantee that they are going to go right to their page that they’re trying to get to, without having to see the intermediate search results page.
I think that training people to use the address bar is even better, but as Google’s own investigative team found, only 8% of users even know what a browser is, so training on the address bar might getting a little bit ahead of myself.
In the mean time, go to Google, type in your web address, and go feel lucky, punk!

I don’t completely agree, but the principle is right, and you’re heart is in the right place.
Wonderful insights. Miley is one person that can do everything at any given time. And this is just a proof to that.
