This is an image of a woman lying still while serving sushi as a human platter.  This is known as Nyotaimori, and is an ancient Japanese tradition of serving sushi on a woman(often completely nude. Though this practice is not a popular one in Japan, it’s gained some international attention in the last few decades. There is also the tradition of Nantaimori, which is the male version of the human sushi platter.
