We’ve decided to consolidate all of our Internet Marketing, SEO, Business and Social Media pages from The Moxie Maven, Moxie Mafia and from Kettlewell.net into one primary location at our new main site, located at Mox & Dom

We took The Moxie Maven and The Dominator, and combined them into “Mox & Dom” and has been serving us quite well from an image perspective, and our ability to bounce ideas off each other better, and combine our specialties gives our clients and audience a better picture of online marketing in one location.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be transferring the three blogs into Mox & Dom, but all the content that you’ve found valuable on this site, will eventually be located over there.

The only exception are personal opinions, blurbs, and fun things that I as a father, friend or funny-man have put up here, will remain here, and this will turn into my personal blog for me, about anything I want to rant about.

For those of you that don’t know what a TweetUp is, it’s a physical meeting that started from a Twitter conversation and invite.

And all the TweetUps that I’ve been to have started with the incredibly easy to use Twitter event management tool at Twtvite.com.  Twtvite is a contraction of Twitter and Invite -Twtvite.

It’s easy to use,  allows people to RSVP as Yes, Maybe and No, and has an export option to get nametags printed for all  your Twitter friends to wear.

So go to Twtvite.com and start your local TweetUp… it’s amazing what you can learn about your twitter friends when doing a face to face.

It’s only 24 pages, and is large type with lots of images and graphics, so it’s really an easy read.  It’s not what I’d consider a technical document, but does outline some of the basic practices that webmasters need to consider when designing sites and optimizing them for search engines.

One nice thing is that it goes a little bit about how the Bing search engine handles Adobe Flash sites, and its ability to locate “skip flash intro” links.

But a bad thing that I didn’t like, was that Microsoft is putting their own meta tags into the Bing search engine, so we’re getting away from website standards again.  They have a “nopreview” tag, that for all intents and purposes is the same as the “noindex” tag.
