Random fact:  It is possible to eat upside down, because your esophagus has a peristaltic action that moves food along, whether you’re standing right side up, or upside down.

I learned this while in the fifth grade, and as I was leaning back on a yoga ball eating an orange, this random fact popped into my head.

I remember the teacher saying we wouldn’t try this experiment in case anyone choked, so I guess I’ll give you the same advice – try this at your own risk, but it seemed to work out OK for me.
