TweetUps are becoming a common occurrence in towns and cities around the world. We’ve even had a few tweetups and twitter picnics here in Grand Junction, Colorado that have been highly successful.
For those of you that don’t know what a TweetUp is, it’s a physical meeting that started from a Twitter conversation and invite.
And all the TweetUps that I’ve been to have started with the incredibly easy to use Twitter event management tool at Twtvite.com. Twtvite is a contraction of Twitter and Invite -Twtvite.
It’s easy to use, allows people to RSVP as Yes, Maybe and No, and has an export option to get nametags printed for all your Twitter friends to wear.
So go to Twtvite.com and start your local TweetUp… it’s amazing what you can learn about your twitter friends when doing a face to face.
